Ultimate Tribute Fest 2: A Memorial for Metal Legends
Rail Records, Wildkiwi Distillery, Women's Refuge, and Rockstock present a monumental night of heavy metal in honor of two of the genre's most important and beloved figures: the legendary guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott of Pantera, and the recently departed Godfather of Metal, Ozzy Osbourne.
Join us on Saturday, December 6th, 2025, at Wildkiwi in Upper Hutt for a memorial show that will shake the foundations. This date holds a special importance to us metal heads, falling just three days after what would have been Ozzy's 77th birthday (December 3rd) and just two days before the anniversary of Dimebag's tragic passing (December 8th, 2004), giving us all a chance to raise a glass and celebrate both legends in the loudest way possible.
This is a night to pay tribute to the artists who defined a generation of heavy music. From Dimebag's revolutionary groove and unmistakable harmonic squeals to Ozzy's haunting vocals and iconic stage presence, their impact is eternal. We invite the metal community to come together for an unforgettable evening of remembrance, unity, and blistering riffs.
